How to change the behavior of tabs when switching via ALT + TAB, it is necessary that they switch in the order in which they are open, and not as they please or “last active”.

alt+tab? 6.9.1 learned how to make tabs in separate windows :)
If you mean the default Ctrl + Tab, then bind to it what is by default on Ctrl + PgDn, something like Next Tab

very convenient to switch tabs Alt-Left/Rigth (as in PHPStorm/RubyMine/etc from JetBrains)
