Due to the fact that .org.ru / .net.ru have now moved to the ru-center and have become paid, I am looking for a .net / .org registrar to buy a couple of domains for myself. Therefore:
* minimum price
* maximum quality and decency
* It would be convenient to pay through PayPal (or directly from a bank card).
Maybe not Russian. No additional services, except for the panel, need to register ns-ki. There are such? Please share!

I recommend internet.bs. Reliable guys and good prices + private is not bad. By the way, rutracker.org is registered with them

It is better to use large resellers, such as moniker.com and godaddy.com. But the latter has an unusable admin panel, break your brain, and when you renew, they are filled with promotional offers, once you accidentally subscribed to some unnecessary garbage, you didn’t remove the flag in time.
I also keep domains at namecheap.com. Ukrainian guys, but ciphered as bourgeois. Encrypted qualitatively, there were no fakapov.
Dynadot.com also has good prices on exotic tlds like .me. Everything is ok with them.
