Is it possible to somehow find out the site traffic if it is no longer available on the Internet (the owner did not renew the host and domain), find out at least its approximate cost, by domain?

If the site is not working, its traffic = 0
Theoretically, the history can be on various SEO services like:
https://xtool.ru
pr-cy.ru
and others:
https://yandex.ru/search/?text= checking%20site&cl...
But the nuance is that resurrecting the site, and even more so if it's just a domain, you will get a completely different picture than it was before. Even the same site 5 months ago and now can have wildly different results.
If you give a domain, maybe they will give you information about it and advice.
