Net Beans can't find the right plugin?

Good afternoon ! I have seen many times on the net that when they make up, instead of writing 100 times, they use this form of notation several times, div * 3 of the type so that you can immediately create 3 divs. If anyone knows such a plugin I would be very grateful, thanks in advance! Tired of just writing 1 and the same every time
