Nesting relationship between circles in Google Plus

On the mail page, I suddenly saw a link to Google Plus - apparently the registration has already become public, because. I didn't ask for invites from anyone.

I looked around and a question arose.

Is it possible to set logical invariants between circles?
For example, there is a circle "Classmates" and a circle "University", that is, the first is a subset of the second.
Is it possible to set this limit explicitly so that there is no need to maintain it manually. That is, so that when a person is added to Odnogruppniki, he will automatically be added to the University? Well, in the interface they should be displayed as nested sets.

Or am I misunderstanding, and I should not need to create such circles? Explain, please.
