Need to reboot the VPS every time there are changes, how to avoid it?

Hey!

Rolled on VPS for Ghost blog. Everything works, everything is super, but there is one problem. When updating css files, or any other elements, you have to completely reboot the server in order for the updates to appear.

How can this be avoided? Please note that Git is not used. I know that there is a special command, but I couldn't find it and I'm still very green in this business.

Some kind of half measure. I propose to delete the server image at all during changes, and then install and configure it again.
