Need to call employees and check how often the phone is taken ...?
You need some kind of Internet service from which you can call the specified number and check whether the phone has been picked up. It is necessary in order to check how often managers do not answer calls

Something tells me that it is necessary not to control answers to calls, but to somehow motivate managers so that they vied with each other to pick up the phone :)
And even if there is such a system, what will it give you? And how will managers perceive it if, say, 30 percent of calls are “left”.
From experience in such situations, you need to look for the root cause why there are cases of "non-response".
all IMHO of course, without knowing the essence of your work, you can easily make a mistake with the advice.
technically,
making test calls is a bad idea.
it’s easier to call a number (do I understand correctly that it’s a group one? ) put a redirect on no response or turn on some additional ext on a timer on which statistics will already be kept, but it’s better to sit as a boss or something like that ...
Wouldn't it be easier to hire a dedicated motivation manager and give him a whip? Or do you not have people sitting in the office?
