Need technology to share your screen over the network?

Hello.
Conditions: There is a computer with a large TV, standing in a room with a working team and connected to a local network.
Goal: Make it so that every team member can start broadcasting their screen to the big screen at some point.
Is it possible to somehow implement this without involving join.me and other Internet-dependent resources?
Thank you.

Pomoymu videolan (VLC) skillfully broadcast to the network, and as an input device there was a screen capture, but I do not give a 100% guarantee that everything will work there.
but it seems like something according to the recipe , try to look in this direction

Video matrix switchers are not a budget solution, but it seems to me that it is.
