Need literature?

Good time reading the question, gentlemen.
Literature on HTML, CSS, PHP is urgently required.
Basics. General theory and more. Layout basics. I know about htmlbook and other resources, but I need a book.
Russian language.
Formats: pdf, odt, doc, rtf, fb2.
I would be happy to receive advice from those who directly work in these areas and know which books are worth reading and which are not.

You don't need much books on CSS, attributes (and there aren't many) are easier to find on the web.
