Need advice on implementing video broadcasts and saving them to the archive
Hello, I need to create a project for video broadcasting in an enterprise. There is a meeting in the hall and there is a speaker with a presentation. All this is captured by the camera. But you need to shoot a separate speaker and a separate presentation. Further, the video of the speaker and the presentation should be simultaneously broadcast via the web and stored on the server in the archive, and viewing the archives in the future is definitely possible.
It is assumed that the web interface will be in php. 10-30 people will watch the video at the same time.
Can anyone come across a similar one, with the help of which it is possible to implement such a functionality? Are there ready-made tools for such functionality and how much is the development of such a project? And how can I merge two video streams (presentation + speaker) into one?

We are implementing a similar system using BigBlueButton. Event recording is supported, but with its own nuances (this is described in detail in the documentation, the demo is also easy to feel, since there is a server image).
I terribly apologize to you and if my answer is out of place, please take it as the nonsense of a drug addict .... but your obedient servant believes that free tools are enough to achieve your goals, such as a combination of the OpenBroadcaster program and the justin.tv service .... although I as I understand it, anyone who has a chat, support for private broadcasts + storage of captured files and access to them is enough for you. And how much is the development of such a project? - free .... even the web interface itself is not necessary to write if it satisfies what justin.tv gives And how can I glue two video streams (presentation + speaker) into one? -OpenBroadCaster
