Need a service to download videos from YouTube?

Media content is blocked at work, but sometimes you need to watch a video… I know, there used to be sites from which music could be downloaded with the extension .exe, .doc, .zip, etc… Are there such sites for downloading from youtube? Google search yielded no results.
