Need a digital thermometer?

Hello! Please tell me what simple digital thermometers can be used, DS18B20, despite the advantage in the 1WARE bus, is a rather complex digital device. I want something simpler, like DHT11, but in a more compact package (TO92).

If analog - then you can take a thermistor and turn it into a voltage divider - you get a linear dependence and relative accuracy +/- "bast shoes".
If digital, DS18B20 is better, because DHT11 is junk with the accuracy of analog ones (there is a microcontroller and analog sensors inside).
