Need a cardreader for 4 SDXC cards. PCI-E connection. Panel 3.5". Any suggestions?

There is an urgent need to serve (copy to the machine) data from 3-4 SDXC cards in a short time, respectively, the amount of information is not small, up to 80 GB on each card. The connection is necessary through the PCI-e slot, since the USB3.0 slot on the "motherboard" is the only one and is already occupied (by the way, I met sata connection options). On the web, I couldn't find (ideally) 3.5" panels for 3+ SDcard ports... sadness, but that's how it is

with such a 3.5 "panel

, add an additional adapter for connecting to PCI-e

plus the "card readers" themselves,

can anyone come across this task, tell me, maybe there are more rational solutions

The highest speed will be only if each card reader is connected to a separate USB 3.0 controller connector. To do this, you need to buy a PCI-E controller like this , several good card readers like these and plug each of them into a separate port. It is possible through extension cords, but not through splitters, otherwise there will be a drawdown in speed, which you are trying to avoid.
Even in motherboards, many USBs are made through splitters and neighboring ports can hang on one "real" one, you need to look at this in the device manager.
The same with card readers, where several cards are inserted at once - you will lose speed.

You can use an external usb 3.0 hub, connect several usb 3.0 card readers to it, and connect the hub itself to the computer's usb 3.0.

The simplest is a pci-e expansion card with USB 3.0 ports and the required number of card readers.
I would not recommend using a USB hub, since all cards will be pulled through one port and this is slower.
In nature, there are card readers for several cards, but I have not seen them in free sale
