NDA (non-disclosure agreement)?

NDA Agreement (non-disclosure of confidential information)
How to conclude a non-disclosure agreement of confidential information without signing a contract. Maybe there is a "offer by mail" or something like that.
Essence:
I have a drawing of a part that I want to send to several companies to calculate its manufacture, manufacturing prices vary greatly, so I will send it to 5-10 companies. The drawing of the device was developed in-house, I didn’t want copies of the device to appear on the free market later.
Thanks

Modify the drawing, send it out. Collect prices - send the original to the winner. Yes, the price may change a little, but the order will be the same

A non-disclosure agreement is the establishment of a trade secret regime, which is established by the law of the same name. This is a small law, you can read and be surprised at the number of requirements for how this mode needs to be installed. Therefore, forget about the mode. But this does not mean that the absence of a regime allows third parties to use your inventions and ideas as they please.
You can construct different agreements, prescribe losses and penalties. But the main thing you need to know: a full-fledged NDA, when all the requirements are met, serves one thing - shifting the burden of proving guilt, that is, the violator of trade secrets will have to prove that he passed by at all. Without a full NDA, it's up to you anyway. It is difficult to prove damages, but if successfully proved, such an "inferior" agreement can help at least establish their amount. And if you come up with cunning procedures for transmitting information, then the process of proving losses will simplify.
But all this requires a full-fledged and painstaking work of a lawyer. Two tips: try, as already recommended above, to change the part (break it into several parts?) Or don’t worry at all, because copies of the device need to be done as a full-fledged business, promoted, invested, etc. The chance that someone will directly start in it is money to invest and this idea will catch fire - it is minimal.
