NavMeshAgent is driving the model backwards, what could be wrong?

Can you please tell me why the NavMeshAgent, when moving, the model leads deployed to the target? I tried to rotate the model itself around all axes and NavMeshAgent categorically refuses to lead the model with the right side to the target

It never happened. So the model is not rotated correctly.
If you have a parent in it model, you need to rotate the model.
If your model itself goes immediately as a parent, then rotate it in the 3D editor.
The agent is facing the target, which means you have backwards Forward with the model.
