Navigator with capacitive display?

Are there inexpensive GPS navigators with a capacitive display in nature? I didn't get on well with the resisters.
So far I have only found a couple of 7 "Chinese ones, but such a device is too large. I would like something around 5".

If branded, not Chinese, then the same TomTom 2535 comes with a capacitive 5 "screen. There is even a glass screen, not plastic.

I myself use a Freelander tablet with 7 inches, it has GPS + 3G, I use Yandex.navigator. The flight is excellent. Bonus: price (only 5 kopecks), a full-fledged tablet with Android.
