Can't solve a navigation problem?

I parsed the RINEX navigation and observation data file. I also made a program for calculating the coordinates and components of the velocity vector of navigation satellites in the WGS-84 coordinate system .
Here is the task I need to complete:

Вычислить координаты и составляющие вектора скорости приёмника навигационных сигналов
 (решить навигационную задачу) с использованием загруженных навигационных данных.

Please tell me the formulas by which I can do this.
