Mysqlclient is not installed how to solve?

Hello, I don’t install mysqlclient, initially there was an error, I installed Microsoft Build Tools 17 and after that another problem appeared.

Just download the precompiled version from here .

tl;dr: The problem is supposed to occur on 64-bit Windows. Download the connector , during the installation process change the Program Files installation path to Program Files (x86) .
