MySql schema designer as a service?

Good afternoon. Can you please tell me if there are such things in nature that are functional enough to be used? A standard set for the database is needed - drawing schemas and relationships between them and generating SQL from all this. It also needs a social component that allows you to work on a database project together with someone.

One time I used googlesqldesigner code.google.com/p/wwwsqldesigner/ Installed on PHP&MySQL server. For collaboration, you can put on a server with shared access. Perhaps the information will be useful, but this, of course, is not a service and I personally have not heard of services of this kind.
