Please rate the MySQL database model for surveys.
The user fills out the profile -> an entry is created in the table user. Then he answers questions from several surveys.

• There can be many questions in one survey; one question can be used in many surveys.
  
• One answer can be offered to many questions. One question can have many answers. The answer can be offered to different questions in different surveys. By default, there is an answer "Other", if a person chooses another, his answer is recorded in answer.other_text.
