MySql how to backup and test on windows?

Hello!
I finally wrote the program and it's time to set up MySql.
MySql is installed on Windows 7. I started looking for programs for tests and for benchmarking, but everything that I did not find works only on linux.
Tell me what software do you use under Windows? All InnoDB tables.
I would love to put Mysql on some kind of Ubuntu, but I have never come across Linux at all!

I figured out the backup! It turns out that mysqldump.exe comes with the MySql server and is in the bin package.
Works the same as on Linux.
The issue with database tests remains open!
