In phpmyadmin I saw that the site_content table responsible for the pages is not available. I had to make a backup of the database (fortunately it is done every day). But now the problem is, in some places on the site, instead of the letter "and" a square with a question, for example, in the title of the site, in the footer and in the search form. config.inc.php says $database_connection_charset = 'cp1251'; If you put utf-8, then everything is in the questions. By the way, the database also contains all Russian characters in the questions. What could it be?

Question removed. I recoded the dump file to utf-8 and it helped.

Imported means already in the wrong coding. Try importing with cp1251
