MySQL Connector not being added to the project?

Why is this happening? As you can see from the image - I connected the library, I used the using directive - please tell me the solution to the problem.

Try to add it via Nuget, you have something strange in the errors there.
I don't remember having any problems with it - but I used it about 2 years ago, in conjunction with EF.
