Books on building sites with ASP.NET MVC?

I am looking for a book not just about ASP.NET, but a book that will build a real site from scratch, covering all aspects: layout, JS, ASP.NET.
I would like to see the interaction of JS and ASP.NET with a real example. I read Adam Freeman's book Pro ASP.NET MVC 5, there is a good example, but it's not enough.
