MySQL automatic dump?

Good afternoon comrades.
I decided to make an automatic database dump on the server and compress it into an archive.
The dump is needed not for the entire database, but only for a part of the tables (~ 300 pieces approximately) .
Who can advise what?
(now the usual mysqldump is launched by cron )
