My site is visited by foreign users, how to fix this ailment?

In general, for the first time I went to Google Analytics and saw this picture:

The main share of Americans, not set (undefined), and so on. I'm still green in this business and don't know how to set up Google webmaster search results only for Russia. Please tell me .... maybe it’s normal in vrinitspe, I don’t know, but only Russia interests me.

And search robots or visitors through a proxy are not particularly interested in what interests you.
If you want, close access to the country's IP and lose a cloud of leads. (it's better not to do this)
If you want, you can determine the browser language and block access to the site if the user is not Russian-speaking. (And it's better not to do so)
In general - the more people come to the site - the better for you.

I remember how one client was going to sue us because "you are promoting us in the wrong place! People come to us from search from other countries! We don't want to pay for them!"
- It's a free bonus
- Ahhh, well then, thank you.
There are proxies, especially for Russia it is now important to go through other countries. There are Russians in other countries who are looking for something in Russia.
Don't bother. Work on improving visibility in Russian search results.
And cut off the spam referral, there is a lot of information on how to do this.

Well, you should not be panicky afraid of visits from citizens from other countries. And even more so, they should not close access. If this greatly distracts you, then you can exclude (only visually so that this does not annoy your eyes) such visits through a filter. Another thing is if spam bots spoil your analytics (applies to those who have universal analytics installed), you need to block, close access, etc. there. Just focus on promoting in the region you need. There is also a small option in Google Webmasters called "Targeting by countries and languages" here you can also specify Targeting for users of a specific country (this is just a small indication, not a solution to the problem).

statistics for only one country cannot be configured there.
so you can block access on the site to anyone who is not from Russia (or, more difficult, do not show them a counter, but show the site)
to block access, use .htaccess and GeoIP, if it is installed on your hosting.
or in site code use php + geoip
