My Nexus thinks it's constantly charging?

Gentlemen, help me find a solution
. The situation is very brief: while traveling through dubious countries, I was charging my Nex, either a failure occurred in the outlet or I don’t know what, in general, the phone went out and refused to turn on before arriving in Russia. Upon arrival, he still recharged and turned on, everything is in place, BUT the following problem appeared: he constantly thinks that he is charging . That is, the lightning on the battery burns. Periodically, it disappears for five seconds, and then appears again. One could live with this if the lifetime of the body had not been halved. The stuffing itself begins when the charge level reaches the 20% mark - the body starts yelling to be charged, then, remembering that it seems to be on charge, shuts up, and then yells again, and so, without fading, drains 20% in half an hour or an hour .
What I have already tried:
- Replacing the battery
- Full reset settings

I had this.
Went to ebay and bought www.ebay.com/itm/Samsung-Galaxy-Nexus-i9250-USB-Charger-Charge-Charging-Dock-Port-Connector-Flex-/190704059979?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c66d9064b
At the same time bought www.ebay .com/itm/Replacement-Volume-Button-Flex-Cable-Tool-for-Samsung-i9250-Galaxy-Nexus-KQFC501-/290830315134?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43b6d66e7e , because I forgot to remove the SIM card and tore off the volume control cable.
Buy and change. Do it carefully and carefully. If you don’t tear anything off, in half an hour he will have new legs and he will again run along the path.
Good luck.

A full reset needs to be done. But not sure if that will help. More options will be if you replace the battery. You can also try installing a custom recovery and using it to make a wipe of the battery. It seems to me that in your case the power board itself is affected.

I had this on a Galaxy. But, my young daughter licked it in the Micro-USB area. Dismantled, cleaned the board with a cotton swab with alcohol. After that it worked fine.

A similar thing happened the other day with S + after using an incomprehensible charge purchased on a trip. A week after arrival, the phone began to turn off at any heavy load, in standby mode it turns off when the battery shows 60-70% (the voltage on the battery is about 3.7 V, i.e. nominal), after connecting the charger it shows from 10 to 90% randomly , charges up to 100% in half an hour. Wipe batteries from CWM, restoring from an early backup, hard reset do not help. I haven’t changed the battery yet, if I charge it for a couple of hours, then the voltage on it is 4.2 V. I’m scratching my head what it could be.

The same nonsense happened to my Galaxy S2 a week ago.
1) Replacing the battery - did not help
2) Hard Reset - did not help
3) Cleaning the socket with alcohol - did not help
4) Flashing from native to Cyanogen 10 - conditionally helped. It stopped phantom charging, but the battery indicator continues to glitch: sometimes it does not show the charging process, even if it is in progress, and after a full (100%) charge, if the phone remains on the cable, the screen starts to flicker.

the same thing happened when I poured tea on my Nexus. For three days I did not tear it off the outlet almost, now everything is fine. I think you just need to lay down
