My attempts to install vk_api on python 3.8.1?

I want to suffer with the creation of a bot for VK. As most people know, VK_API is required. But in several attempts at installations, everything turned out badly for me. Despite the fact that I tried to upgrade pip3 some time ago, after the upgrade, this time everything worked out for me. Please, either tell me the installation procedure, or tell me what needs to be fixed. I tried to just write pip3 install vk_api. What should I do to avoid this error, or at least tell me what needs to be done for this.
