How to remove the error when installing pip install mysqlclient?

I installed Build Tools, C++ 14.0 is. Now gives this when installing mysqlclient via pip.

Swears at mysql.h, this is a header file. Obviously you need to supply some mysql client sources.
Under Linux it's a package with a name like libmysqlclient*
Under Windows, google it.
