Multithreaded torrent download from one seed. How?

On one of the distributions, a tricky feast came across - it looked like 10 identical ones with the same ip but different ports, the downloaded parts of them were synchronized instantly, and the total speed was much higher than the average for an overseas feast. Distribution was conducted by only one of them. signed as uTorrent 3.49.
What kind of animal is this, where can I get it or how to do it the same way?

For example, a router in a company, on the Internet shines with one address.
Internal LAN - gigabit, Internet - much less.
Internet locale transition is implemented on NAT.
a lot of uTorrent on computers matches the "internet port" via uPnP.
You can't increase the tyrnet speed this way.
