Multisite not working in Wordpress Where to dig?

Switched Wordpress to multisite mode. Before that, there was one site on it. I made the settings in such a way that the site opens in a subdirectory. As a result, the main site works fine, but it cannot switch to the new one. More precisely, it takes the default theme, but it is displayed without additional CSS and JS files included in it. The wp-admin from this site does not go to the admin panel at all. All this is spinning on my Nginx. Let me remind you once again that everything works fine with the main site, it allows you to access the admin panel and the super admin panel. And this is the problem. In which direction to dig to solve the problem?
PS In the browser console, accessing these files like site.com/subsite/wp-content/themes/nameThemes/css/style.css returns 404 errors.
