Multiple process javaws.exe*32?

After a BSoD reboot and the loaded RAM by the javaws.exe and chrome processes takes up twice as much as usual.
What is the reason and how to fix it?

Look through the Process Hacker or Process Explorer hierarchy of processes and perhaps it will become clear who launched them.
