Multiple ip and nat, how to solve nat?

Hello. I connected to the provider and it took a few stats. ip the first connection via dhcp if you need more than 1 ip then they give static data, as a result I now have 1 dhcp and 2 static configurations, but all this is NAT, the hosting panel accepts only 1 time to use nat in any way, you can either add it but it will not work, or (another panel) will say nat is already busy. How could you solve this without leaving the provider?

Only your ISP can answer this question. Maybe the bridge needs to be configured, maybe Point-to-Point, or what other options are there.
In general, the scheme looks extremely sophisticated.
