Multiple domains in Google Apps?

Hello, sorry if I'm swimming in terms, the point is this:
There are two domains domen.com and domen.ru, both had an account in Google apps. Now there is a desire to manage two domains and users of two domains from one account.
Is it possible to do this? Thanks in advance.

Next, I click to activate the domain alias:
And so all the time. Accordingly, there is no way to add "Tool for Webmasters" to the console (as far as I understand). And I click "Log in to another account" and confirm through it - the status in the console still does not change :(

yes you can, the second domain will be the domain
alias for the main domain
