Multilingualism - uk or ua in the address of the Ukrainian version of the site?
Good day!
I know it's dark, but still. What index should be indicated when switching to the Ukrainian version of the site?
There are many standards, opinions that it is better for users this way, for programmers in a different way ... But there should be some kind of single, standardized rule.
Which option is correct ?
How should it be indicated in site links: 1. http://www.site/<b>uk</b>/posts/first_post.php
or 2. http://www.site/<b>ua</b>/posts/first_post.php
?

Ukrainian code - uk ( language codes )
English - en.
Another approach: country codes . I cite the Russian classifier as an example, but it corresponds to ISO.
Code of Ukraine - ua. The code for England is gb.
That is, logically, no one will be confused with England if you use uk. Although the association with the united kingdom is, of course, alive. However, most often in references the designation of the country is used. In my opinion, it is more logical to use ua.
Language with UA code - does not exist!
If, in the address bar, this is an indication of the language version - then only UK .
