The bottom line is this: the site must have a switch with two languages (Russian / Ukrainian), if it is in the position for Russian, then the site and Ukrainian texts should be translated into Russian, and vice versa - if the Ukrainian language is enabled, then the site, along with the content, should be translated into Ukrainian.
What is the best way to organize this?
