Multilingualism on VUE, really?

Internationalization and localization

It has a website of 4 pages, and a button to switch to 4 languages.
The text is at least, I think the page is typed a4 16 font.
I want to study the view and solve the problem on this framework.
If this is real, tell me the libraries and where to dig, or maybe how best to implement it on VUE, so as not to nagovnokodit.
