The question arose of how to organize a telegram channel for users of different languages.

In common human language, I see the first option as follows: - the
user enters the channel - it
determines which language is selected by the user in the telegram settings
- all content is automatically presented in the user's language
But I understand that it is impossible to do this, or am I mistaken?

The second option: -
the user enters the channel - he is met by
a bot and asked to select a language
- choosing a language. the user is redirected to a channel with a certain language, for example tgchanel_en or tgchanel_de
- then he subscribes to it

. Is any of this feasible?

When a user sends a message (for example, to a bot), the json also contains the sign of the user's language, for example, "ru".
It is on this basis that you can switch the language of communication.
