Multilingual site + SEO URL and their correct formation?

Hello! Started learning Opencart. I took the latest version 3.0.3.5 from the official site.

I want to create a store as a training. Faced a number of problems. I outlined for myself what needs to be done and, having googled, did not find adequate solutions.

1. Multilingual. site.com is the default language and site.com/en/ is the English version (or Ukrainian, for example).
2. Correct URLs (NC) on all types of pages without duplicates.
3. The right path URL and breadcrumbs. For example, if we switched to the "Wallet" product, we should see site.com/koshelki/koshelek-1. The option that a product can be added to 2 or more categories is excluded. As I understand it, if you go to a product from the main page in one of the widgets, then the URL is: site.com/product. That is, for some reason, the full path is not created.

Tell me, please, is it really possible to solve these problems in free ways? And if so, how?
