The question is this - the resource is blocked by Roskomnadzor. But at the same time, the vast majority of traffic is from Ukraine.
Question - can the blocking by Roskomnadzor affect the ranking of google / yandex in Ukraine? After all, a lot of links from Russian resources are lost, if I understand correctly. And how does the search engine generally react to this?
Question 2 - if you move to a new domain, and independently restrict access to the site from Russian ip, so that Roskomnadzor does not block the resource, will it be better in our situation?

Yandex is blocked in Ukraine.
In addition, VKontakte is also blocked in Ukraine.
And many sites do not check, and insert various media content / authorization / counters from VKontakte or Yandex, because of which the site may slow down, display errors or not work at all.
