I'm making a game in Unity. All scripts are in C#. What do I need to use to implement multilanguage?

use it ourselves, no problem. Arranged exactly as Igor_Sib writes.
Write yourself. We wrote ourselves. I recommend making a Google doc to give access to translators, and make a script for it that saves it in your format (we have it in XML). In the game, there is a parser (and a hashtable) that reads the desired language and at the right time gives out a phrase by identifier.
