Multicast Cisco E3200?

Help to deal with the Cisco E3200 settings. I can't enable multicast. Here is the WEB interface of the router: ui.linksys.com/files/E3200/1.0.00/
Also, the provider requires adding a static route IP 1.0.0.1 & Subnet Mask 255.255.255.252, but the router, when adding such a route to the WAN interface, writes: “Invalid static route!

In theory, this is done via telnet, but for some reason the tsiska does not want to start up

If the solution is of interest, we climb into Security - Filter Multicast (Security - Broadcast), and save the configuration.
