Multi site WordPress?

Hello, I activated multisite, created a subdomain, and copied all the files from the main site to the subdomain folder. But when I enter the subdomain, I am redirected to the main site, please tell me what to do?

Why did you copy the files of the main site?
In multisite mode, the VP and DB directory is shared by everyone.
Check your htaccess settings again.
