Hello. It's no secret that Yandex announced support for multi-branches in the Yandex.reference webmaster.ya.ru/replies.xml?item_no=13358.
Has anyone managed to add multiple branches for the same company? How?

Perhaps you didn't read the help carefully...
Confirmation of the rights to the organization
Registered users can confirm that they are the owner or representative of the organization, and link the organization to their account. The user sees linked organizations in the "My Organizations" section and can edit their snippets.
Confirmation of rights occurs using a special code. It will be reported to you by the Yandex.Directory operator, who will call the organization at the phone number specified for it. You will need to enter the code in your account on the "On Confirmation" page.
To request a code, click on the "Add an organization to your account" link next to the organization's name.
If your organization has more than one phone number, you can choose the one that is more convenient for you to receive the code. Calls are made during the working hours of the organization (except for night hours). The operator will call the company until the code is transmitted.

Please note that the branch and network must match:
— at least one rubric;
- name (discrepancy in the type of activity, form of ownership and indication of location is allowed);
- website or telephone,
- branches are located in one subject of the Russian Federation.
