MTA on Linux how?

I wanted to ask if anyone knows some ready-made Mail-server solutions on Linux? Well, that is, you take and unfold.
As for example, there is FreeNAS isoshnik for storage. BSD is true, but not the point. That is, you take it, install it, and here you have a ready-made POP / IMAP / SMTP with the ability to host an arbitrary number of domains.
ps. zadolbalsya already twist MTA every time from postfixes, cirruses, sasley and other things.
