MSOffice + Windows + Parallels Desktop + MacOSX?

Hello,
I want to install a virtual machine (PD) with Windows on board on my Air, mainly to use a full-fledged Office.
Please tell me which Windows (XP, 7, 8) and Office to install so that it loads the computer as little as possible.
*MSOffice under MacOSX, unfortunately I can't use it, because I use a language that it doesn't support very well (Hebrew).
**LibreOffice isn't great either.
Thanks

Which is quite logical, XP + Office 2003 will load the computer less, since there are less requirements for hardware.
But 2003 does not fully work with new office formats (through a converter from MS), if this is critical, then 2007.
Try also, crossover, it may work fine with the office products you use, the site says "Silver Medal", for 2003-2010 offices.

Try ms office web options in ms live service.

I ran office 2010 inside Win7 - it worked quite quickly, noticeably faster than the "native" Mac MSOffice 2011. It allocated 1 GB of memory. Macbook Air 2011 4Gb RAM. True on VMWare Fusion 5, but PD in this sense will work a little faster.

A good option is MS Office 2007 under XP. Works very well on just about anything.
If you want a “top version”, I prefer 2010 under Windows 7. But in this case, the virtual machine - VmWare Fusion, Parallels turned the seven very badly on the test bench.
