MS Storage spaces - after replacing a deregistered disk - can you somehow see the distribution process?

Instead of the removed 4tb, he added a new 4tb (connected via usb), but for several days now he has been writing 49.9% used and the diode does not show that there is some kind of distribution activity, additionally I thought maybe he didn’t have enough space for redundant data and added 1tb - but so far silence ... ) win10 x64 1909
