MS Project 2010 how to set up synchronization?

I installed MS Project 2010 (pirated) on OS Winodws 7. I can't figure out how to set up project synchronization via a web server. Are there any easy solutions how to create a Project Server on the web? The program itself asks for the address of the server, but when I tried to figure out how to create a server, I saw articles pointing to the SharePoint and Project Server programs. Do you really need to download or buy a bunch of additional programs for one program to work? Is it really just impossible to create a web server for project synchronization for little money?

Why do you need project synchronization? Do you mean simultaneous work of several people on one project?
If not, then synchronization at the file level will be enough for you: through dropbox or a banal flash drive.
