MS Azure: Script to create ports?

Give me an example of this script:
vm endpoint create-multiple [options] <virtualmachinename> <loadbalancerport>[:<virtualmachineport>[:<protocol>[:[:<loadbalancersetname>[:<probe_protocol>[:<probe_port>[:< path_to_probe>[:<internal_load balancer_name>]]]]]]]] {1-*}
Create multiple ports at once in Azure. And that doesn't work. I don’t have balancing and I don’t know how to run the script then. Or give examples of your scripts how to open many ports at once.
