Mozilla Thunderbird: Link issue

Good afternoon,
I decided to abandon Microsoft Outlook, while Mozilla Thunderbird suits everyone, except for one thing - hyperlinks.
I am preparing a letter, I am inserting a link:

(link to a network resource with spaces and Cyrillic)
In the letter, this is encoded as follows:

As a result, the links do not work in either Thunderbird or Outlook.
A similar situation with http links with Cyrillic.
I tried changing the following settings:

network.standard-url.encode-utf8
network.standard-url.encode-utf8
network.standard-url.escape-utf8

the result is null.
Please help.
